A receipt dated within 14 days of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. No refunds of any type will be given. You may make an exchange or receive store credit redeemable in any one of our stores. Electrical merchandise must be in its original box and in new condition.

• shipping internationally can be cost prohibitive and at times unreliable with countries having different import rules. Should you choose to order internationally with us, please note that Graydon Skincare is not responsible for the country’s duties and tariffs, or any delays due to customs issues.
