Hearty and filling pinto beans have a smooth texture when cooked, which makes them excellent as refried beans and dips. Pinto beans are an excellent source of protein and fiber while being very low in fat, and they’re a good source of iron. They also provide a significant amount of certain vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that are linked to better digestion, helping to burn fat, and even fighting cancer.- Farmer-owned, fair trade, organic = fairDeal™
