Over a period of months, we tapped into the passion that drives some of Toronto's top baristas, working together to turn the espresso of their dreams into a reality, our new Bullet Espresso. With notes of chocolate and black currant, Bullet's Brazilian beans offer a full body and smooth finish to satisfy the serious espresso drinker. The unique roast cycle that we developed specifically for Bullet triggers complex chemical reactions within the beans, preparing them to yield a rich, thick crema on every shot. In harmony with our determination to pair great coffees with social responsibility, we are also pleased to announce that the ongoing sales of Bullet Espresso will support Grounds for Health (groundsforhealth.org). This charitable organization works to create sustainable and effective cervical cancer screening programs in coffee-producing regions.
